A top 100 UK law firm is looking for a Senior or Managing Associate to join its highly ranked Employment team. This is a senior-level opportunity to work alongside Legal 500-recognised leaders on complex, high-value employment matters.
The Role
- Leading Employment Tribunal claims (Respondent-focused)
- Advising on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures and redundancies
- Supporting TUPE, outsourcing and corporate transactions
- Enforcing post-termination restrictions
- Drafting employment contracts, consultancy and settlement agreements
- Contributing to business development and client growth
- Mentoring junior lawyers and helping shape the team
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- A confident, client-focused approach
- Experience supervising or managing junior colleagues
- Drive to help grow the firm’s employment offering nationally
You’ll be joining a nationally integrated team of employment specialists who advise major clients in sectors like financial services, retail, energy, telecoms and the public sectorhandling everything from boardroom disputes to large-scale reorganisations and tribunal litigation.
