Personal Injury Lawyer – Exeter
Full-Time or Part-Time

Our well-established client is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer to join their thriving Litigation Department, to handle a diverse range of personal injury matters.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload of MOJ Portal, Fast Track and Intermediate Track matters with minimal supervision, as well as assist a Senior Partner on significant Multi Track claims including those involving life-changing injuries.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally 1–4 years PQE in personal injury (Solicitor or CILEX), or senior paralegals and unqualified candidates with 4+ years solid PI experience
• Our client are also open to more experienced applicants with a strong track record in business development or a client following
• Confidence managing your own files and the initiative to contribute to wider team success

Applicants wishing to work both full-time and part-time will be considered.

You'll be enthusiastic about business development and involvement in marketing, networking, and social events is encouraged.

You’ll work mainly from their Exeter or Tiverton office, with potential for hybrid working following probation.
