Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive / Solicitor – Wells

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive or Solicitor to join a well established South West firm during an exciting period of growth. They are looking to strengthen their residential property team with someone who can deliver a high standard of client care and handle a strong pipeline of quality work. The successful candidate will be based in Wells.

You will be a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with experience running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. Your work will span sales, purchases, remortgages and a variety of other residential transactions, with plenty of scope to handle more complex matters. You’ll also have support from conveyancing assistants and will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building long term client relationships, is confident managing expectations, and is keen to get involved in business development and cross referrals across the wider firm. Strong organisational skills and financial awareness are key, as you’ll take responsibility for the financial management of your matters.
