NQ – 2 PQE  Legal Executive / Solicitor – Dispute Resolution
Location: Bristol

Are you an ambitious newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a passion for commercial dispute resolution? My client are a Top 100 firm who are seeking a driven individual to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team.

As part of this leading team, you will have the opportunity to engage in complex, high-value, and rewarding work, supported by an environment that encourages professional growth and excellence.

You’ll be expected to independently manage a caseload of files, ensuring effective and timely case handling on a broad and varied mix of commercial dispute matters including:-

• Professional negligence
• Commercial contracts
• Warranty disputes
• Disputes arising out of corporate acquisitions

You can expect to work closely with leading partners and senior lawyers who are experts in their field.

The ideal candidate will be:-

• Newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a background in commercial dispute resolution, ideally gained in a regional or national firm.
• A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
