Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE)
Fully Remote (with occasional travel to Bournemouth as needed)

A Legal 500 ranked firm with a strong national presence is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its respected Litigation & Recoveries team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while handling high quality work for major finance houses, banks, lenders and commercial clients.

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of defended litigation matters from pre issue through to enforcement.
• Act on behalf of lenders and commercial organisations in recovering debts and assets.
• Draft pleadings, evidence, court documents and correspondence.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk and commercial outcomes.
• Support client reporting and respond to new enquiries.
• Research emerging issues and develop practical, creative solutions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in litigation.
• Strong experience in defended litigation and Consumer Credit Asset Finance.
• Confident managing files independently and communicating clearly with clients.
• Commercially minded, organised and proactive.
• Comfortable working remotely as part of a collaborative team.
