Property Litigation Solicitor – Bristol

Looking to take the next step in your Property Litigation career? Join a well established dispute resolution team within a modern, commercially focused UK law firm in their modern offices in central Bristol.

The Role
You’ll join a well-established Property Litigation team handling a broad and interesting mix of work, including:

• Advising on commercial and residential property disputes
• Acting for landlords, tenants, property managers, and investors
• Managing matters such as breaches of covenant, dilapidations, and possession proceedings
• Supporting on more complex disputes while developing your own caseload
• Working closely with other specialist teams to deliver joined-up, commercially focused advice
• Exploring and utilising ADR where appropriate to achieve efficient outcomes

Candidate Requirements
We’re keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

• Around 3 years’ PQE in Property Litigation
• Experience across commercial and/or residential property disputes
• Strong technical grounding and a practical, solution-focused mindset
• Confident drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle a busy, varied caseload
• A collaborative approach and strong client communication skills
• A proactive attitude with an interest in building client relationships
