What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage a wide range of matters, including:

• Landlord and tenant work
• Freehold acquisitions and disposals
• Lease negotiations and renewals
• General commercial real estate transactions

Who We’re Looking For

• A solicitor or CILEx with around 3–5 years’ solid experience in commercial property
• Strong technical skills and confidence in managing a diverse caseload
• A collaborative, client-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills
• Experience gained in a city or leading regional firm is preferred
