Residential Property Lawyer – Exmouth

Our client is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join their highly regarded and expanding Property team, based in their Exmouth office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and respected South West practice with multiple offices across the region. The firm continues to grow, and the Property Department is now looking to welcome additional talent at a range of experience levels.

To be considered, you may be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Practitioner with solid experience in residential property work. Applications are welcomed from those with around 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience managing a residential caseload, as well as Newly Qualified candidates who can demonstrate strong exposure to a variety of conveyancing matters during training. More senior practitioners seeking progression or leadership opportunities are also encouraged to apply.

The role will involve independently managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post completion. Work will include (but is not limited to) sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, remortgages and other general residential transactions. While you will be confident handling your own files, you will also have access to experienced colleagues and mentors for support where needed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent client care skills and proven experience of working effectively within a conveyancing team. There is genuine scope for career development and you can expect networking and attending external events to form a regular part of the position.
