Property Litigation Solicitor – Bristol

A nationally recognised Property Litigation team, featured in the Legal 500, is looking for a property litigation solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE to join them in their Bristol office.

The role operates on a hybrid working basis and you can expect a blend of both office and home working.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse and challenging commercial property litigation caseload. Clients include esteemed organisations such as central government departments, social housing providers, local councils, financial institutions, NHS and healthcare entities, educational bodies, and property developers. Typical matters involve restrictive covenants, landlord-tenant disputes, lease renewals, service charge and rent disagreements, insolvency, and easements.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years PQE in property litigation. Experience as part of a broader caseload is also welcome. Strong communication skills, a commercial outlook, and enthusiasm for business development initiatives are also key.
