Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Agricultural Associate Solicitor to join their first tier Agriculture & Landed Estates team.
The Role
You will work closely with senior lawyers while managing your own caseload across a broad range of non contentious rural property matters. The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact and exposure to high quality agricultural and estates work.
Key work includes:
- Rural land acquisitions and disposals
- Title review and reporting
- Transfers of whole and part
- Overage, options and promotion agreements
- Agricultural tenancies
- Easements, wayleaves and land registration
- Secured lending and auction sales
- Supporting business development and ongoing professional training
Candidate Requirements
- Post qualification experience in property law (agricultural experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong technical ability and a commercial, solutions focused approach
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Genuine interest in rural property, estates work and the agricultural sector
- Motivated, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
