Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Associate to join the firm's well-established Employment team in Exeter.
This role offers exposure to a wide variety of employment matters, combining both contentious and advisory work. You'll advise clients on complex workplace issues, support tribunal proceedings and work closely with businesses across a number of sectors, developing trusted relationships and acting as a key part of their employment law support network.

What You'll Be Doing
- Advising employers on a broad range of employment law and HR-related matters
- Managing employment tribunal cases and supporting clients through litigation
- Delivering practical and commercially focused employment law advice
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting with business development initiatives and client training programmes
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's wider national Employment team
- Supporting clients across a variety of sectors on both strategic and day-to-day employment issues
About You
- Qualified solicitor with experience gained within employment law
- Strong technical knowledge covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Previous experience handling employment tribunal claims
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented and able to build strong working relationships internally and externally
- Well organised with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
