They are now seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their thriving Bristol team. The Role
This is an opportunity to join a premier employment practice advising major national and international clients on sophisticated, high value matters. You’ll work closely with ranked partners and senior practitioners across the UK, gaining exposure to:

  • Complex employment and workforce issues
  • Strategic change programmes and reorganisations
  • Employment tribunal and civil litigation
  • Global mobility and cross border matters
  • Large scale DSARs and sensitive internal investigations
  • High profile advisory work for FTSE 100/250 companies, public sector bodies, fast growth businesses and senior executives

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong experience in employment law (contentious and/or non contentious)
  • Ability to manage a varied, complex workload with confidence
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a large national team
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions focused approach
  • SRA registered solicitor


The team is open to candidates from 3 PQE through to Senior Associate level.
