Private Client Lawyer – Bristol

A well established, multi office Legal 500 ranked firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its Gloucester Road team in Bishopston.

The Role
You’ll work across a varied private client caseload, including:

• Probate and estate administration
• Wills, LPAs and tax/estate planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Providing technical guidance and training updates
• Managing client files and supervising support staff
• Supporting business development

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitor (3+ PQE) or FCILEx with relevant practice rights
• Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, Trusts and estate/Trust administration
• Good understanding of IHT, CGT and Income Tax
• STEP qualification (or willingness to study)
• Supervisory experience would be an advatange but is not essential
