Legal Director – Residential Conveyancing

A specialist, award winning specialist property law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to take on a senior technical leadership role. This is a great opportunity to develop a growing team, and influence the future of a high performing practice.

The Role

• Act as the firm’s senior technical authority for all residential conveyancing work
• Set and maintain technical, compliance, and quality standards
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of qualified and trainee lawyers
• Drive improvements in quality assurance, peer review, and knowledge sharing
• Play an active role in Business Development

Candidate Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in handling complex residential conveyancing matters
• Strong technical expertise across sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, lease extensions, SDLT and unregistered titles
• Equity release experience beneficial
• Confident mentoring and developing others
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• UK qualified Solicitor
