Company & Commercial Solicitor – Chippenham

Exciting opportunity with a well established multi office Wiltshire law firm seeking a skilled Company & Commercial Solicitor to join their respected practice in Chippenham.

The Role
You’ll work with a broad range of businesses, advising on key commercial and transactional matters, including:

• Business sales, acquisitions and mergers
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Franchising, agency arrangements and business start ups

This is a varied role with plenty of scope to build your own client relationships and develop a strong, sustainable caseload.

Candidate Requirements
The firm is looking for a confident communicator with:

• Around 3–5 years’ PQE in company and commercial work (applications from those with slightly less experience are welcomed)
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining high standards of client care
• A calm, proactive approach and a genuine team player mindset
