Commercial Property Lawyer – Bristol

Are you an experienced and driven Commercial Property Lawyer considering a move in the Bristol area?  We’re offering a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking legal team in Bristol city centre, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding commercial property services.

You'll join a well established team and handle a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, working with a diverse client base on exciting projects in Bristol and beyond.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Property transactions: Sales and purchases of properties and businesses, including mortgage and refinancing (individual and portfolio).
  • Landlord and tenant matters: Lease grants, assignments, renewals, and associated licenses.
  • Development projects: Acquisitions and disposals, pension properties, and joint ventures.
  • Corporate collaboration: Assisting with property-related matters in corporate transactions.
  • Business development: Representing the firm at networking events, developing work sources, and contributing to growth strategies.


Requirements:

  • You must be a qualified solicitor or FCILEX with a minimum of five years’ PQE) with strong experience and technical expertise in commercial lease transactions and property sales/purchases. The ideal candidate will have excellent commnication and organisational skills and be enthusiastic about business development and actively engaged in networking, ideally with local connections.


Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:15pm), with consideration for part-time applicants (minimum of four days).
  • Based in Bristol city centre, with the option to apply for hybrid working after the probation period.
