- Handling both contentious and non contentious matters with early ownership
You’ll work directly with Partners and senior lawyers on high value matters, with the autonomy to manage your own caseload from the outset.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 3+ years’ PQE with solid experience advising on employment law matters
- Ideally an employer focused background, though not essential
- Strong HR advisory and corporate support experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships

You’ll be encouraged to take on responsibility early, with ongoing support and exposure to a diverse range of work across the team.
