A well established, multi office practice in growth mode is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving team in Cirencester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a senior role, with genuine scope to shape the department’s future.

The commercial property team continues to go from strength to strength, and the firm can consider candidates at Senior Associate or Partner level who are confident running their own caseload and keen to play a strategic role in expanding the practice across the wider office network.

Based in the beautiful town of Cirencester, you’ll enjoy high quality work in a supportive, collaborative environment with hybrid working available.

Your caseload will include:

  • A broad range of transactional commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
  • Day to day liaison with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to cross refer and support wider business development
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as the team continues to grow


About you
The firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer who is:

  • Experienced in running their own commercial property caseload confidently and efficiently
  • Operating at Partner level or ready to take that next step
  • Ambitious, commercially minded and skilled at spotting opportunities for growth
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
  • Tech savvy, with good IT and case management experience
