Corporate Associate (3–4 PQE) – Bristol

The Role

We are instructed on a superb opportunity for a talented Corporate Associate (3–4 PQE) to join a Top 100 national law firm and their Tier 1 Corporate team in Bristol.

You’ll work on a wide range of high value corporate matters for an enviable client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, scale ups, private equity funds and international organisations. The work will span:

• M&A
• Venture capital
• Private equity investments
• Cross border transactions
• Joint ventures
• Corporate restructurings

You’ll be joining a friendly, forward thinking team known for its commercial approach and high quality work. With Partners who bring extensive City experience, you’ll gain exposure to complex transactions and excellent opportunities to develop your expertise.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:

• Have trained with a strong regional or City firm
• Possess solid experience in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital and private equity
• Demonstrate strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Be confident managing client relationships and understanding commercial objectives
• Work effectively under pressure and enjoy a fast paced environment
• Be ambitious, proactive and keen to contribute to the team’s continued growth
