Residential Property Associate / Legal Advisor – Sherborne

The Role
You’ll lead a well-established team that handles the full spectrum of residential property law, including:

• Property and land sales/purchases
• Remortgages and equity release
• Auction transactions

About You
We’re after someone who thrives in a client-facing role and leads with clarity and warmth. You’ll need:

• Solid experience in residential property law (as a Solicitor or Legal Executive)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong organisational and admin capabilities
