The team advises major corporates, financial institutions, multinational organisations and high-growth businesses on complex, high-value and often cross-border disputes and investigations. With a strong pipeline of work and an impressive client base, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate looking to accelerate their career within a top-tier practice.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a diverse range of contentious matters, including:
- Complex commercial litigation
- Corporate and shareholder disputes
- Regulatory and internal investigations
- Fraud and misconduct matters
- Contentious governance and compliance issues
- Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and settlement negotiations
- Strategic dispute management from inception through to resolution
The role offers significant client exposure, responsibility from day one and the opportunity to play a key role on high-profile matters for leading domestic and international clients.
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with 1-4 years PQE who can demonstrate:
- Experience within a recognised disputes, litigation or investigations practice
- Strong technical and analytical legal skills
- Excellent drafting and communication abilities
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to advising clients
- The ability to manage complex workloads and competing priorities
