Family Solicitor – Exmouth

Arey you looking for a rewarding role in family law where you can make a real difference?  This multi-office Westcountry practice are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Family Solicitor to join their busy team, handling a diverse caseload with plenty of support and opportunities to grow.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with clients, offering guidance and advice on a range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce, separation, and civil partnerships
• Cohabitation disputes and financial settlements
• Children law cases
• Legal aid matters (experience in this area is a plus)

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, providing empathetic and practical support to clients during challenging times.

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor or an experienced practitioner with at least five years' experience
• Confident in independently managing a caseload of family matters
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with clients and colleagues
• Highly organised with exceptional IT and case management systems skills
