A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a respected regional law firm with multiple offices and a strong presence across the South West.

Joining a well-established Residential Property team, you'll benefit from dedicated administrative support and the opportunity to work on a broad range of conveyancing matters. The position offers a high degree of autonomy, alongside the backing of an experienced and knowledgeable wider team.
Duties will include:
- Running a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
- Handling:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- General residential property transactions
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other referrers
- Playing an active role in business development and networking initiatives
- Supporting the continued success and growth of the property department
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's wider office network
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives with at least 6 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) within residential conveyancing.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong track record of independently managing a full conveyancing caseload
- Possess excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Be client-focused with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
- Enjoy building professional networks and generating new opportunities
- Be organised, self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
- Ideally have previous supervisory or mentoring experience
