Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) – Bath

A well-regarded South West law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join them in their Bath office.

You'll join a close-knit team and work directly alongside an experienced Partner, NQ Solicitor and Trainee, with the opportunity to play a visible role in growing the firm's presence in the local market. The firm is known for its strong reputation, long-standing client relationships and Legal 500 recognition.

The work is varied and includes:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Leases and lease negotiations
• Development and investment work
• General commercial property advice for business clients

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Comfortable running your own caseload
• Strong client care and relationship-building skills
• Commercial, practical approach to problem solving
• Interested in business development and building your profile locally
• Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
