Property Litigation Senior Associate – Bristol
We are working with this outstanding property litigation team who are looking to hire a Senior Associate with at least 7 years’ PQE in property litigation. This nationally recognised team operates across multiple offices with this role being based in Bristol on a flexible hybrid basis.
This property litigation team is ranked in both Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500, so you can expect top-quality work. You’ll be managing a busy caseload of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent and service charge issues, restrictive covenants, easements, insolvency, and wider commercial property disputes. The team regularly acts in the First-tier and Upper Tribunals, as well as the courts up to Court of Appeal level, and has been involved in several leading cases shaping property law.
Clients include a broad mix of central government departments, social housing providers, local authorities, secured lenders, NHS bodies, universities, property developers, and management companies. There is also growing work around the Building Safety Act 2022 and residential leasehold management, so experience or interest in these areas would be an advantage.
You’ll be a qualified solicitor with at least 7 years’ PQE in property litigation, confident in running your own caseload and working directly with clients. You’ll bring strong technical skills, excellent drafting ability, and a commercial mindset. Experience supervising junior colleagues and an enthusiasm for business development will be highly valued.
This award-winning national firm offers so much to its people:
- Competitive market-rate salaries and benefits
- Hybrid working with genuine flexibility
- A clear career progression framework with support for professional development
- A people-focused culture where wellbeing is taken seriously
