Private Client Partner / Senior Associate – Salisbury

A well established, multi office law firm with a strong presence across Wiltshire is looking for an experienced lawyer to take a senior role within its growing Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership position within a forward thinking, ambitious department that has seen significant expansion in recent years.

The Opportunity
You’ll join a thriving private client team that continues to evolve.
In this senior role, you will:

• Handle a broad range of Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, Trust and tax matters, including work for high net worth clients
• Support and mentor junior lawyers, trainees and apprentices
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues and contribute to the team’s ongoing development
• Build and manage a busy caseload while strengthening the firm’s existing estate planning offering
• Play an active part in shaping departmental strategy alongside other senior leaders

About You
The firm is seeking someone who brings:

• Strong technical expertise across Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, Estates and tax planning, particularly for high value and complex matters
• A good understanding of the local market in Andover or Salisbury, with the confidence to network and help drive business development
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for supporting the growth of the team
• STEP membership or a willingness to work towards it
