Employment Solicitor  3+ PQE

A well established regional law firm with a strong reputation in the Dorset market is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its highly respected Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high quality work and develop your expertise at a forward thinking practice.

The Role
You’ll work across a broad range of employment matters, supporting both employers and employees. Your work will include:

• Advising clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues
• Handling employment tribunal matters and litigation
• Drafting contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and other employment documentation
• Supporting junior colleagues through mentoring and guidance
• Getting involved in business development and client relationship building

This is a great role for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a visible impact within a growing team.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong drafting, advisory, and client care skills
• A positive, team focused approach with excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised, resilient, and able to work to deadlines
• Experience or interest in immigration law is an advantage
