An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Disputes lawyer to join a top-tier, highly ranked UK law firm (Top 50) with a reputation for excellence across the real estate and disputes landscape.
You will join a leading disputes practice of over 100 lawyers, recognised for tackling complex, high-value matters.
Working within the specialist Real Estate Disputes team, you will advise on a broad range of matters including:
- Pre-action strategy, risk analysis and asset management
- High-value commercial and premium residential property disputes
- Mediation, arbitration and litigation
- Disputes arising within investment portfolios and development contexts (build environment exposure advantageous)
You will benefit from hands-on exposure to a varied client base, including major institutions, developers, financial organisations and high-net-worth individuals, enabling you to build a well-rounded and commercially astute disputes practice.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in real estate disputes (essential)
- Circa 1–4 years’ PQE with a focus on real estate disputes
- Exposure to disputes within the build environment or development sector (highly desirable)
- A strong academic background with qualification as a Solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Confidence managing a diverse and complex caseload
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
