Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor

A well established, multi office law firm with a strong reputation in both commercial and private client work is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join its growing Property Team in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and wants to take the next step in their conveyancing career.

The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property matters, delivering a high quality service to clients while working closely with a friendly and experienced team. The firm welcomes applicants from all residential conveyancing backgrounds, and those with additional commercial property experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Building strong, positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
• Managing workload effectively to meet deadlines
• Using case management systems and MS Office confidently
• Maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:

• A team player with a friendly, approachable manner
• Confident in communication and client interaction
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
• Fully IT literate and comfortable with case management systems
• Experienced in residential conveyancing with solid technical knowledge and expertise
