Telesales Executive (CM25HT01) Cardiff, Wales

Salary: GBP28000 - GBP28000 per annum + + Bonus Structure (realistic OTE £40,000)

Red Recruitment is hiring a B2B Telesales Executive for our client, a comparison service rated excellent on Trustpilot, in their modern Cardiff city-centre office.

We’re looking for confident, motivated salespeople who enjoy building relationships, hitting realistic targets, and being part of a team that values trust, consistency and fair reward for effort.

The role involves managing inbound enquiries, supporting structured outbound activity and guiding prospects from first contact through to conversion.

Benefits & Package for a B2B Telesales Executive

  • Salary: £28,000 + monthly and quarterly bonus structure (realistic OTE £40,000).
  • Location: Central Cardiff, on-site
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, flexitime between 6am and 8pm, with no core hours.

  • Respond professionally and at pace to convert warm inbound leads to new partners 
  • Make structured outbound calls from the provided data to grow their partner network
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline 
  • Hit clear, achievable monthly and quarterly targets 
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure every partner has a great experience

 

Key Skills and Experience of a B2B Telesales Executive:

  • Experience working in a sales or customer-facing environment (B2B or B2C)
  • Confidence speaking with customers and building rapport quickly
  • Ability to work towards targets and remain motivated in a performance environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills with a positive and resilient attitude
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback and develop sales techniques over time
  • Basic familiarity with CRM usage or ability to learn quickly
  • Organised, reliable and able to maintain accurate records and follow‑up actions
  • Professional approach to quality, compliance and customer experience standards
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
