Administration Officer - Quality Control (210366768) Mount Gambier, Australia

Salary: AUD45 - AUD46 per hour
  • $45.81 per hour inclusive of casual loading
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday 9.00am-3.00pm
  • Commencing ASAP

We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer who can support the Quality Control Team of a large manufacturing business. The core of this role is to provide administrative assistance to the team and assist in closing gaps in clerical processes. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Primary Roles and Responsibility

  • Strong administrative and documentation skills
  • Ability to review CoAs, log complaints and complete NCRs with attention to detail
  • Experience working with or support electronic quality systems (preferred but not essential)
  • Comfortable providing system support and user guidance
  • Ability to manager multiple tasks and prioritise daily responsibilities
  • Ability to manage confidential or sensitive information

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

  • 2 years experience within administration support
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic
