We are seeking and experienced Receiving and Dispatch Officer who can provide a point of contact to our national network of business partners and end users for the purpose of transporting and supplying the company’s product range, demonstrating outstanding levels of customer service.

This is a great opportunity for anybody looking for long term permanent employment and has the ability to represent the best interests of our client and to adhere to company policies at all times while enhancing customer satisfaction through all facets of service delivery in liaison with warehouse and other relevant branch and company staff.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantity and quality as per service level agreements.
• Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Record all shipments accurately and capture using Microsoft Excel and other software programs.
• Upload documents or download necessary documents from relevant software programs.
• Label freight accurately according to pallet numbers.
• Monitor emails for incoming orders and process promptly.
• Generate transport documentation from software programs.
• Coordinate with transport providers regarding collection of freight.
• Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality and accuracy requirements.
