Flexible Day-to-Day Supply Teaching Assistant - Okehampton & Surrounding Areas

Responsibilities:

• Supporting classroom teachers with daily lesson delivery and dynamic classroom management.
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils across various key stages.
• Assisting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where required.
• Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Adapting quickly to different school environments and classroom dynamics each day.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children or young people (in school settings, youth work, or childcare).
• A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Right to work in the UK.
