Secondary Maths Supply Teacher (QTS Required) - Plymouth

Are you a qualified Mathematics educator seeking a flexible teaching opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated Secondary Maths Supply Teacher to join our team in Plymouth. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is comfortable providing support within a school setting, including general cover duties.

What do we offer?

• Competitive daily rate ranging from £130 to £160 for day-to-day assignments (No requirements for lesson planning or preparation, allowing you to focus purely on classroom delivery) 
• For long-term contracts, you will be paid to scale. (Planning and prep to be included)
• A set schedule of 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Mathematics instruction to secondary-level students.
• Provide general cover across various subjects as required by the school.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Follow the provided lesson materials to ensure continuity of student learning.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this position.
• Proven teaching experience within the UK education system is essential.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
• DBS on the update service or willingness to get one.
