Location: East Grinstead and Forest Row, West Sussex / East Sussex borders

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, creative learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.

• Act as a Key Person, observing and tracking children's development to ensure they reach their full potential.

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and inspired.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers through meaningful daily updates.

• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety within the nursery.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).

• Commitment: Someone looking for a long-term permanent position who wants to grow with the nursery.

• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for early years education and a nurturing, patient approach.

• Team Players: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
