Randstad is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants for day-to-day supply cover in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to support local classrooms, help pupils thrive, and enjoy total control over your working schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

• Working with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to boost their confidence and learning.

• Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all children.

• Adapting quickly to different school settings and age groups (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working with children (school settings, youth clubs, sports coaching, or care).

• A patient, resilient, and warm personality.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

• Reliability and flexibility to accept morning or advanced bookings.

• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
