With only one GP currently onsite, there is significant unmet patient demand-offering the incoming doctor the ability to build a full patient base from day one.

The Role

• VR GP required ASAP due to overwhelming patient demand
• Walk into a busy schedule from your first day
• Flexible working arrangements with full clinical autonomy
• Open to both full-time and part-time GPs

Billing & Earnings

• 75% of billings
• $250/hour guarantee for the first 6 months
• Relocation incentives available (case-by-case)
• Strong earning potential driven by:
  • Existing patient overflow
  • Limited GP availability in the clinic

Clinical Flexibility

• Standard consults typically 10 minutes
• Option for 15-minute consults if preferred
• Longer appointments supported for new patients
• Full autonomy over appointment structure and workflow
