About the Clinic:

• 1 established GP onsite
• 6 consulting rooms (3 available for the right GP)
• Full-time nurse with strong procedural support
• Pathology and medical imaging conveniently located next door
• Steady patient flow: 2–3 patients per hour
• Private billing clinic

• Competitive percentage: 60–70% (based on experience)
• 1-month guarantee of $150/hour
