Job Title: Joiners (2nd Fix & Final Fix)

Rate: £24.00 per hour (CIS)

Duration: 3 Weeks

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and reliable Joiners to join a commercial/residential site in Northumberland for a 3-week contract. The work will primarily focus on high-quality 2nd fix and final fix joinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Hanging doors, fitting ironmongery, skirting, and architraves.

• Installing final fix fixtures, fittings, and finishing details to a high standard.

• Working efficiently to ensure the project meets tight deadlines.

• Adhering to all site health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred).

• Relevant NVQ/C&G qualifications in Joinery or Time-Served experience.

• Own 110V or cordless power tools and hand tools suitable for 2nd/final fix work.

• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, safety boots).

• Valid CIS registration (UIR required for payment).

• Proof of right to work in the UK.
