ER Advisor
Hybrid (1 or 2 days in the Syston office) - 4 Week Temporary Assignment  (potentially longer)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)
This is a great opportunity for an organised and experienced ER Advisor who is ready to provide expert colleague-centred support and guidance on employee relations matters enabling managers to make fair, consistent, and commercially sound people decisions.
Our client is part of a big group who have exciting and ambitious growth plans within the company, with a strong emphasis on investing in their employees.
This is an urgent position with an ASAP start date.
What They’re Looking For

• High level experience juggling lots of varied ER cases.
• Ensure all casework is managed with empathy, professionalism, consistency, and a focus on achieving sustainable resolutions.
• Ensure employee relations matters are managed consistently, transparently, and in line with organisational values and governance requirements.
• Deliver monthly ER Bitesize sessions to enhance manager capability across key employee relations topics.
• Manage multiple stakeholder relationships
• Advice and guidance management on a wide range of varying ER cases

About you

• Vast experience in handling a wide range of ER cases
• Experience working in a high-volume fast paced environment
• Must be available to start immediately
• CIPD desirable
