Kitchen Assistant
Location: Derby

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a friendly hospitality environment? Our Client is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support day-to-day kitchen service on a temporary ongoing basis, Monday to Friday, 10:30-14:30. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and take pride in helping others, this could be a great fit-plus an immediate start is available.

What you'll be doing:
• Washing up to keep kitchen areas clean, safe and organised
• Serving food to customers/visitors with a helpful, positive approach
• Prepping vegetables to support the team during service
• Filling sandwiches and wraps accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the overall flow of the kitchen-without getting involved in any cooking

What you'll bring:
• Experience supporting kitchen operations (ideally in a school/educational setting)
• A reliable, professional attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
• Comfortable handling food service tasks with care and attention to detail
• The ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards throughout your shift

Additional information:

• Temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday, 10:30-14:30
• Enhanced DBS + Barring is required, or be willing to undergo Enhanced DBS Vetting
• Willingness to complete Allergy Training (Benedict's Law)
• Immediate start
