About the role

You will work as part of a specialist offensive security team delivering penetration testing and red team engagements across a wide range of environments. The role involves hands-on technical testing, adversary simulation, and close collaboration with clients to translate findings into pragmatic remediation guidance.

You will also contribute to research and development initiatives, including the evolution of internal red teaming platforms and the exploration of new attack techniques and security control bypasses.

Duties

• Lead and deliver penetration testing and red team engagements across complex environments

• Simulate real-world attackers to infiltrate networks, escalate privileges, and achieve defined objectives

• Identify, document, and clearly present technical vulnerabilities and security weaknesses

• Develop tailored remediation guidance aligned to client risk and business constraints

Skills/experience

• Proven experience delivering penetration testing and or red team engagements

• Strong offensive security mindset with the ability to assess and bypass security controls

• Experience adapting to new technologies, industries, and client environments

• Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Passion for research, automation, and developing new offensive techniques
