Manufacturing Operators Wanted – Work with Cutting-Edge Print & Coating Processes and join a world leader in their market sector experiencing year on year growth with exciting future plans for development and growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on Process Operator on a permanent basis, to support their Manufacturing and print room operations. This is a practical, fast-paced role where quality, safety, and teamwork matter.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in manufacturing or production
• Confident using machinery and hand tools, working to precise dimensions
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Flexible, reliable, and a team player
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate knife over roller coating and print room processes (laminating & UV printing)
• Produce samples, pack products, and maintain stock levels
• Monitor materials and maintain ISO 9001 quality standards
