Account Manager (Office-Based, £26-30k)

Are you super-organised, customer-focused, and ready to step into a role where you’ll truly make a difference to clients every day? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a small, friendly office team supporting customers with their IT needs in a professional, non-technical capacity.

This is a full-time, office-based role with free onsite parking, working alongside a supportive team of 12. If you love building relationships, keeping things organised, and ensuring customers receive the best service, this could be your perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting their IT wellbeing.

  • Building relationships with customers through regular check-ins to ensure they’re happy and feel supported.

  • Taking customer requirements, queries and orders, then organising responses by liaising with the technical team and suppliers.

  • Creating and sending quotes through and processing confirmed orders accurately.

What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

  • Strong admin skills and the ability to follow up and follow through.

  • Confident communication skills with the ability to listen and build rapport with customers.

  • A customer-focused mindset with a can-do, solutions-focused attitude.

  • Good common sense and the ability to use your own initiative.

  • Strong research skills to gather the right information for customers.

  • Ability to hit the ground running and keep the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

  • Office hours: 9am - 5.30pm with a 1-hour lunch.

  • Office-based role with free onsite parking.

  • Company pension, 20 days holiday plus UK bank holidays.
