Account Manager (Office-Based, £26-30k)
Are you super-organised, customer-focused, and ready to step into a role where you’ll truly make a difference to clients every day? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a small, friendly office team supporting customers with their IT needs in a professional, non-technical capacity.
This is a full-time, office-based role with free onsite parking, working alongside a supportive team of 12. If you love building relationships, keeping things organised, and ensuring customers receive the best service, this could be your perfect next step.
What you’ll be doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting their IT wellbeing.

Building relationships with customers through regular check-ins to ensure they’re happy and feel supported.

Taking customer requirements, queries and orders, then organising responses by liaising with the technical team and suppliers.

Creating and sending quotes through and processing confirmed orders accurately.
What we’re looking for:

Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Strong admin skills and the ability to follow up and follow through.

Confident communication skills with the ability to listen and build rapport with customers.

A customer-focused mindset with a can-do, solutions-focused attitude.

Good common sense and the ability to use your own initiative.

Strong research skills to gather the right information for customers.

Ability to hit the ground running and keep the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.
What’s on offer:

Salary £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

Office hours: 9am - 5.30pm with a 1-hour lunch.

Office-based role with free onsite parking.

Company pension, 20 days holiday plus UK bank holidays.

Use of a company car for customer site visits as needed.
