Job Title: Remote Switchboard Operator

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and professional Switchboard Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is part of a managed service offering, handling calls on behalf of clients within the professional services sector. You will be the first point of contact for callers, ensuring messages are taken accurately and efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Work within tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver prompt and reliable service.
• Accurately take and relay messages on behalf of clients.
• Maintain focus and professionalism, pushing back politely when callers request assistance beyond message-taking.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a switchboard or call-handling role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access.
