Labourpower are recruiting for 5 x High Reach Forklift Operators for National Food manufacturing client in KINGSGROVE.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting a fast-paced food manufacturing and distribution environment, ensuring efficient and accurate movement of stock throughout the site.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Safe and precise operation of high reach forklifts (picking and put-away)
• Supporting production teams with timely stock replenishment
• Movement and staging of finished goods for dispatch
• Loading and unloading trucks in line with dispatch schedules
• Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards across the warehouse

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current LF forklift licence (essential)
• Strong high reach forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Experience operating Crown joystick forklifts (highly regarded)
• Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or high-volume distribution (preferred)
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and operational standards
• Excellent attendance and reliability history
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Willingness to undertake manual handling duties when required
