Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

My client a well-known organisation based in South Leeds is looking to recruit an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their experienced and successful team in their contact centre. This is a temporary role with the possibility of becoming long term, fixed term or maybe even permanent for the right individual.

You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrational duties which will include inputting data, answering telephone calls and dealing with queries, using dual PC screens you will assist customers with queries relating to stock availability, store opening times, store locations, product queries and general retail enquiries.

To apply for this role you must possess excellent customer service skills, be computer literature with superb attention to detail. There will also be elements of written responses to customer enquire and basic complaints.

The hours and days of work vary and you expected to work 37.5 hours per week covering various shift patterns which will be confirmed from the outset and may include: -

Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00 or 09.00 - 17.00 or 10.00 - 18.00, 11.00 - 1900 or 12.00 - 20.00.
Saturday 09.00 - 17.30
Sunday 10.00- 16.00

Applicants must be flexible and commit to full time hours including weekends.
