We are looking to recruit a full time Online Customer Support Executive are required to join a busy contact centre environment in Leeds City Centre.

This is a busy role and you will be responsible for responding to posts on various social media platforms including Twitter and Facebook.

To be successful in the Online Customer Support Executive role you need to be alert and able to respond quickly and accurately to multiple Tweets and Facebook posts / comments and direct messages. This employer has a very large social media following and receives a wide range of Tweets and comments daily that will need responding to in a professional yet down to earth manner. These tweets and posts will range from customer complaints, queries & general comments around products through to service-related questions and comments.

To be suited to this Online Customer Support Executive this role you must have previous customer service experience along with excellent written communication skills. This role would be suited to someone that ideally lives close to City Centre due to shift patterns.

This is not your typical noisy contact centre environment, more of an open plan office offering flexible / varied shift patterns and not sat with a headset taking vast amount of calls. You may also be required to work some of your shifts from home.

• Maths & English GCSE C+
• Excellent eye for detail + accurate keyboard skills
• Exceptional written and spoken English grammar
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels
• Good levels of IT

You may be required to work shifts across the following opening hours, therefore flexibility is key.

Monday – Friday 08.00 – 22.00
Saturday 09.00 – 17.30
Sunday 10.00 – 18.00

Immediate start and applicants must be able to commit to a minimum 3 months contract.

You must be available to commence immediately and fulfil 2 weeks onsite training in a COVID safe environment. This role may also require remote home working.
