Joining a collaborative and people-focused team, this role will work closely with senior leadership and play a key part in running daily HR operations across the business.

About the Role

• Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders across employee relations, performance concerns and workplace matters
• Handle complex ER matters including investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes
• Support managers with award interpretation and HR compliance requirements across the organisation
• Assist with workforce planning, employee engagement and people-focused initiatives
• Coach and guide leaders to build confidence in managing teams and workplace challenges
• Contribute to continuous improvement across HR policies, procedures and internal processes

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a senior HR capacity, ideally within complex or regulated environments
• Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations processes
• Experience working within highly regulated or service-based environments highly regarded
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
• Hands-on and adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
