About the Role

• This Payroll Team Lead position is an excellent opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities within a large, supportive team. You will manage a team of Payroll Officers while overseeing end-to-end payroll processing. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll expertise who is passionate about career growth and leadership.

Duties:

• Manage a team of Payroll Officers processing high volume complex pay runs
• Interpret complex EBA’s and Awards
• Demonstrate high-volume payroll processing
• Utilise strong payroll system knowledge
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Address all payroll-related queries

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a large volume, complex payroll environment
• Experience with PayGlobal or UKG is desirable
• Full-function payroll experience
• Prior leadership experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of superannuation & payroll tax
• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders
• In-depth understanding of complex EBAs & Awards
